How Long Until The New Single Is Released/Leaked??

Postby Stoneyman » Sat Mar 15, 2008 8:46 am

Will Journey do what some bands do and release a single as much as a month before the cd hits the shelves? I am not sure what order the songs will be put out as singles, but isnt "Wildest Dreams" the first one discussed as the first single?

Next is the inevitable question of how long before the cd leaks? It will. They all do. Hopefully it wont leak until close to the release date.

Can Journey survive another Arrival debacle?

Man that is a lot of questions!

I bet "After All These Years" and "Wildest Dreams" will be co-released together a la "When You Love A Woman" and "Message Of Love." Personally, I like "Never Walk Away" better than WD. "After All These Years" was really amazing live. The videos did it no justice and Neal's guitar was "singing" again. Been a LONG time (TBF for me) since it did that.

What radio stations will play the new single would be the question. :D

Soft Rock, Jack FM, or Mix stations would be the best bets. I'm not sure the Classic Rock stations would unless the song rocks, but they don't dabble that much in newly released music.

These songs are good enough to play on any station.

I seriously doubt you'll hear any of the music being played on terrestrial stations, but possibly XM or Sirius.
