does anyone else find it wrong that these people are suing the radio station that aired commercials for the show, the bus company that transported the band , the speaker manufacturer thta the band used.
im sorry for your loss, but other than the band and the club. why would anyones else be responsible.

Compensation of loss is one thing, greed is quite another.

The more people they sue, the better chance of SOMEONE having to pay up. Shoot in a barrel of fish, one will eventually have to float to the top.

Absolute GREED -- foolishness. Suits like this should be immediately dismissed, the litigants held liable for any legal charges on the part of those they are suing, and the attorneys who take their case disbarred.

i would love to sue the lawyers, for putting in the families mind that they have a case---when in reality, they (the lawyers) are stealing money and time from the families involved.
