Are you talking about the Corn Flake, or the scab from Britney's nether regions? I wouldn't waive your cock at that...

I can see it now...people nibbling on corn flakes to make the entire United States! Dumb buyer, smart seller, 'tho. Now where's that burnt tortilla with SP's image?

AlienC said it best. I have sold over 400 items on ebay. Out of the last 10 items a month ago 3 still have not paid. I will leave feedback but although it is a contract it would have to be a really expensive to go to their county to testify in court. EBAY is about LISTING FEES and not your collection agency !

After a too many non payments..I solved the problem my only accepting immediate payments via Paypal of course.
Yes..you can leave bad comments and the FVF back..big woop..to much time has been wasted and more will be.
I have not lost any business or interest from only accepting immediate payment required.
I only sell things that I know will sell and most people that do pay..pay with Paypal anyway.
It's all been good now. I hold all the control since they have to pay first. I was getting so pissed at people buying it now and not paying.. I am not a patient person as it is..
A couple of times I had sold tickets and then the people never paid..money was gone. Never again. Those type of things were mostly newbies.
Anyway..I love the immediate payment required with Paypal. That's the best thing ebay ever did.
I would state 'postal money orders' only and people would send any they wanted and banks can be dicks even though they should take them.
Postal Money orders rock..any post office has to cash them if made out to you.
Never accepted personal checks..ever..to much hassle.

I only accept Cks with a ten day clear and M O's. Ebay works fairly well but they need to stop changing the format and rules every 5 mins when they look at their stock value.
