As wrong as the videotaping might be for any reason, even the most vocal of Patriots critics have said that it's unlikely that the tapes were used for an advantage in the same game.

Actually, if that were the case...then why was Walsh instructed to smash the red light on his camera and not wear patriots logos on his person during filming? If that doesn't scream inapropriate, I cant tell you what doesn't. So no, it's not over.
