After All These Years...Different Tempo?

Is it me or is this sped up a bit? Sounds better to me with this slightly faster tempo.

It's kinda you...but it's kinda not...because I kinda "heard" what you were hearing...but when you like up the version with the original and look at the waveforms...it's pretty much dead on....so there's something different...but it's not the tempo..

Radio stations have commonly increased the speed on songs to allow more songs and commercials to be played. Most of the time they are increased without noticing a difference sonically.

Yep... I loved playing with that little thing... sometimes bored I'd put it all the way up and everything sounds like it's being sung by Alvin & the Chipmunks... all the way down and it sounds like Satan's summoning you. :lol:

Its the same speed, they play to a click track, it wouldnt make sense to change it. It soulds good by the way damit, even for You Tube

The background is the same but maybe AP's phrasing words a lil faster.]

Speaking of different tempos, I did a relisten to Arrival recently and some of the ballads would've been improved if they'd had a little faster tempo.

ATW, SOL, etc.
