OT: iPod help.

I recently uploaded a new CD to my iTunes, to load onto my iPod. I followed the normal procedure that's worked for hundreds of CDs in the past, nothing different.

Now, when I sync my iPod (there's plenty of memory left on it, too) for some reason the artist won't show up under the "Artists" list in the iPod.

That's weird, considering the songs show up under "recently added" and the album shows up under the "Albums" list.

It's not a HUGE deal, but, does anyone know why the artist name wouldn't be showing up under the "Artists" list??

Try This. Load up itunes, then select ipod, then select all the music on it and right click - get info. Then check the box saying compilation - no, and apply it to all the songs.

Check and see if it's showing up under "Compilations". I've had that happen to me.

Check and see if it's showing up under "Compilations". I've had that happen to me.

Same here, lol. I've been too lazy to move them all under "artists" though, lol.
