I like my Zune as well. I had an Ipod first, so it takes a little getting used to on the controls.
Also, it's very hard to find a docking station for the Zune. I wanted one for my office, and the one good docking station/boom box I've found is no longer produced.
I've got an Ipod. It's a nice looking device, but I'm not wild about their interface.
The guys that designed the Zune interface used to work with me. Cool. I have yet to try one.
Hopefully they come with better phones than the iPod. Their headphones S U C K.

Seconded.
Most of the earbuds that come with the portable players suck. If you REALLY want to hear what music sounds like, you should spend some money on a decent set of headphones or in ear monitors. Sennheiser PX-100's sound great for $50.00 and are light and comfortable and Ultimate Ears, Shure and Etymotic make great in-ear monitors although they can be pricey. Trust me, you cannot realize the full potential of your player with crappy ear buds. Here is a great heaphone site http://www.headphone.com/products/headphones/
