Drink 2 of these back to back. You'll think you're having a heartattack but once you're past that, you'll be wide awake for the next two days.

I've never heard of that.....got the Red Bull jitters right now!!!

It's very strong. You're supposed to drink half a bottle on a full stomach, but who reads the directions anyway? 7/11 sells it but you have to be 18 or older, so bring your I.D. :D

omg, Sarah, tsk tsk!

A few are kind of tricky. I wavered on the question about what SP was doing right before getting called for Journey. The answer most people would say is working at the turkey farm (which is the correct answer). But I have also read other versions relating to the exact timing of this "call." For instance, there is a very old archived interview transcript whereby Steve said he was still living in LA having given "30-days notice" in his apartment when he got the call from the CBS executive. So, his last job prior to joining Journey could be considered with Alien Project.

The only one I missed was the order of lead singers question. I started off with Fleischman because Rolie was never officially the lead vocalist. :)

Speaking of Rolie, I didn't know that “Black magic woman” was a Fleetwood Mac song originally. Peter Geen, who wrote it, was inducted into the HOF the same time that Santana went in.

They got me on two, one was oldest member but in my defense I don't pay much attention to their birthdays to be honest. I was close though, I went with Ross. The 2nd was their first "successful" album. I went with "Evolution" since it had their first real bonafide hit with LTS. WITS and Lights didn't chart that high. But true, I guess compared to the first three, I would obviously have to go with Infinity.

Yes, really annoying, especially considering that the quiz involves drawing attention to the very identities (supposedly correctly-spelled names, etc.) of those connected with the band...Not at all unexpected though of contribution-dependent websites in general; they go with general disclaimers not guaranteeing full factuality and even encouraging skepticism on the part of the users (...and furthermore provide convenient Report Error links for members.)

True about the singles, Eric. But Infinity did go platinum, so you have to say it's the first success.

Jeez, somehow I remembered "Infinity" taking alot longer to go platinum, but you're right. I gotta say, I think I need to brush up on my Billboard facts since its apparently been too long.  Maybe my memory was a bit colored by the fact that IMO "Evolution" is the stronger overall album (as well as my favorite they have put out to date. :))

Can it be called their first success if it takes 20 years to go platinum? I think that's stretching it.

Infinity. I don't think it had reached platinum before Escape did, even though it came out earlier.

After Annie's comment, I researched both "Infinity" and "Evolution" and found out they had both acheived platinum around the same time frame in their respective years:

JOURNEY INFINITY 05/03/78 - Gold
JOURNEY INFINITY 10/10/78 - Platinum

JOURNEY EVOLUTION 04/12/79 - Gold
JOURNEY EVOLUTION 10/19/79 - Platinum

Source - http://journeyville.leepbutler.com/id11.html

I was shocked too.

Wow, I guess reaching platinum wasn't that big a deal back then. Maybe they needed 3x platinum to be noticed.

Funny... The first and only time I've seen these so far was at a convenience store in Dallas where I was gassing up for the trip home. Bought one and noticed the warning about only drinking 1/2 the can, and of course promptly ignored it. But... within 30 minutes after getting on the freeway I was having problems nodding off and I jarred awake once to find myself going 90 and veering toward the center wall. That scared the crap out of me -- the next two hours in the car were sheer torture and I had to pull off at several exits in hopes of finding a spot I could take a nap. Never did, and luckily made it to Texarkana where a walk around a nice mall there did the trick.

Ahh, yes, well I am working on having my photo cropping technique patented, and by my rules and standards, if I crop someone else's pic to fit in my signature line, the resulting image becomes property of Rip Rokken and the original artist forfeits all rights or claims to such. In other words, I take what I want and there is nothing anyone can do about it unless they want to deal with all my attorneys... LOL!
