To be honest, I don't even listen to nor care about these people--and what they have to say. I am a realist. Common sense tells me that by nature, politics is full of hypocrisies! I also believe that no one party is a monopoly on this aspect. I accept that politics is not the place to identify candidates for sainthood. :wink:

Anyway...it's funny, because I actually don't care too much about any pre-election politician's plans, ideas, and so-called solutions! I give it a relatively small weight. Again, I'm a realist. I believe that most of those promises will not be implemented anyway--because most of them will be subjected to forces (both houses of congress) which are not actually controlled by most of these politicians who are campaigning and making a bunch of nice speeches. Most likely, these politician's HUGE promises may eventually be passed and implemented (if lucky!) as small, diluted, mixed-up programs. That's just the way it is...And I believe that may be true for other democratic countries as well....

That's the very reason why I spent time making the point system I presented above...
