This guy is an attention deprived activist. He marchs around our capitol in civil war attire bringing awareness to something...not sure what...guess he's pretty effective huh. He holds town meetings in a local McDonalds (until they finally kicked him out). He tried to organize a ceremony to dedicate an already planted and matured tree on a public easement to a murdered girl. He has been calling for an end to gangsta rap by holding up signs at busiest intersection in town. Can't fault him for that one I guess.
