KISS Rumored To Be In Talks For Wal-Mart Deal......

be one disc of new music and one with re-recorded stuff sort of like what journey did.

of course you know gene simmons has been watching the journey and ac/dc deals with great interest and of course kiss already has a very loyal built in fan base so the deal might net the band some new fans too....

stay tuned....

WalMart is going to put the record companies out of business... along with the shopping malls... along with the ma and pa stores.... and they are shipping the wealth of the USA to China. No wonder our country is going bust! China will probably own the USA within 10 years.

KISS will sell a shitload of albums if they do this. Good for them. It'll go at least double platinum in the first year.

At this point, ANY band/artist, especially the "older ones", would be nuts not to consider
the "WalMart Deal". Whether you support WalMart or not, it's the best thing
to happen to the music industry and fans in a long time...
More profit for the artists and better deals for the fans.

Agreed!!! Walmart is keeping some of the older acts afloat and I'm very thankful for that.

i think the way wal-mart does it could increase a bands sales and fanbase.there are millions of people walking through those stores every day.so they walk by electronics and the new ac/dc display is there and maybe some guy who hasn't bought a CD in forever looks at it and likes the deal and buys it or maybe some teenager who is just getting into music decides it looks cool and the CD is priced pretty good so maybe that person spends their allowance or spending money.and you have to think there are hundreds of these stores with a lot of traffic everyday not to mention the displays with maybe the bands new CD plus some older catalog stuff too.i bought the ac/dc powerage CD just the other off that display along with the new one too a couple weeks ago.they were even selling shirts and hats too.can't lose with that deal and the devils that own these record companies are probably having heart attacks because more and more big names will do this.......
