I despise Limbaugh. He's one of 3 people in the world that's the most full of shit. He's one of 3 people who I know is dead wrong on EVERYTHING he ever says. I think Limbaugh must be made of pure shit?

But On tuesday I decided to listen to a few minutes of his show just to hear what shit he would be spreading about Obama and other democrats. I could only stomach a few minutes of his show before I had to change stations.

In those few minutes he was saying that he hopes that Obama fails and one of his callers was saying that she hopes he fails.

I can not stand W, but I never rooted for him to fail. How can someone claim to be a "good American" and yet root against the president doing a good job? If you want the President to fail then get the fuck out of America!

Yea, because look how badly lady liberty dropped the ball with Ramzi Yousef and Timothy McVeigh.
How many jag prosecutors have quit at Gitmo over what they percieved to be politicized dog-and-pony trials?

Rather than bitching about Obama closing GITMO, (an idea supported both by Powell and McCain), why not show Obama some love for signing into law the strictest lobbying and corruption ban in Beltway history yesterday?
The deafening silence in the right wing echo chamber about it is most telling.

Similarly, the overlooked news that Bush chose not to pardon anyone, so as not to give anyone a legal advantage, should also be given its due.

when i heard about this last night my first response was- he's not much of an american wanting our president to fail. our president fails, the country fails. i never supported bush and i never wished for his failure- whatever his damn stupid policies may have been they were part of his vision he held for our country and failure was not in my hopes for him. i have to believe each of our presidents have acted with only the best intentions and whether or not i believe in their policies is a personal choice, but i have never wanted to see a president fail. rush is a complete ass, a hypocrite, and a poor representative of a good american. he can dissent all he wants, but he'd better prepare for a backlash from those who disagree.... dumbass!

I am a conservative, and RUSH DOES NOT SPEAK FOR ME. Not my candidiate...I wish Obama the best and will support him as President. I may not support his policies, but he is president, and we as a nation has lost the ability to respect That Office, and the ability to respectfully disagree. Why does it all come to yelling and cursing and throwing things.

Trust me, there are only 4 living men who know how hard that job is....now there will be 5.
Let him try and fix this mess we are in. If he screws up, thats why we have elections.

What Rush said was if Obama WENT WITH SOCIALIST POLICIES he should fail. When are you guys going to get the fact that BOTH parties don't represent us , but their own elections. CONGRESS is the cause of this whole mess! Why Clinton signed the bill I don't know. I did read he warned Congress about it and maybe caved. But the guys he appointed to Fannie & Freddie along with Congress caused this RE-DEPRESSION TO BUY VOTES ! ALSO THE FANNIE MAE AND FREDDIE MAC APPOINTEES LEFT OR BAILED WITH HUGE BONUSES. THEY SHOULD BE IN JAIL WITH THE FAILED STOCKBROKERS AND BANKERS ! We need to throw EVERYONE OUT regardless of party !

I'm proud to say that I've never once listened to this guy Rush before. From what I've read here, it seems like complete political gossip to me which means it's a total waste of good time spent listening to it.

My prediction: Anything and everything that goes wrong during the Obama presidency will be blamed on Bush plain and simple. It appears that blaming republicans for anything and everything that goes wrong sooths the minds of the democrats.

The only reason the economy was good at the tail end of the Clinton Presidency is because of Y2K. It doesn't matter who was president between the years of 97' through 2000, the economy was good because of all the stupid hype on what was supposed to happen to the world when year Y2K hit. And that's why our economy started to go south within 6 months into Y2K, nothing happened and all the hype was just that....hype. And all the companies who's sole existance was to test and develope computer solutions simply dried up and blew away in the wind.

"Blaming the Republicans for anything and everything soothes the Democrats?" Please . . . Try being a Democrat surrounded by Republican friends and colleagues as the majority. I have the exact opposite experience. My friends give zero credit to Democrats, and by their past behavior regarding Clinton, will be blaming Obama unfairly at times. They only tolerate my beliefs b/c I'm a moderate and have voted Republican for our last two Governors. They are all over me b/c I voted for Obama and b/c I voted for Clinton and Gore and Kerry. My sister was treated like an idiot for voting for Obama in her neighborhood. Even her husband, a die-hard Republican, who voted for McCain, said the behavior by the neighbors was over the top towards her, people sending her insane emails about Obama, how he was going to destroy our country and they were afraid of him. She respected their right to vote for their candidate. She expected that in return. My friends have been very bitter about losing this election, except a few who are giving Obama a chance.

What part of Democracy do they not understand? The people voted, their party failed, and they lost the election. If their philosophies worked we would not be in economic collapse after eight years of it.

So if Obama has a breakdown while in office cause he can't take the pressures of being the President of the United States, who are you going to blame if that happens? Don't tell me not a republican or I'll know your full of shit!

Also remember what I was saying about Clinton pissing off the homosexuals after backpeddling his promise to allow them to join the military openly gay no more then six months after taking office. Sounds to me Obama's starting to backpeddle on some issues already and it's not even been a month since he took office. People need to take all promises made by presidential candidates with a grain of salt.

What do you think about the fact that Obama has a half sister living in the U.S. Illegaly? Add that along with the guy who Obama appointed into office who didn't even claim some of his earnings to the IRS. I see a pattern here of disregard to abide by the laws put into place. And this is our leadership?

If Obama's intends to push his socialist agenda, of which we have ample evidence (check YouTube for the PBS interview in which he discuss "redistributing wealth"), and if he intends to perpetuate racism, which his henchman Robert Reisch made clear that this is the case, than all Americans should work against him. If you are a twenty year old English major than I am not surprised that you are overcome by his mindless rhetoric. Adults, however, should no better. The fact that France wanted Obama as our president speaks volumes of the danger this man poses. If you think France or Europe in general want what is best for the USA you indeed need help. America is great because of its people, not because of its politicians.

Where have I heard that before? Isn't that something Hillary said? I think so. Which brings me to ask why did Obama even allow that fucking bitch into his administration, that's beyond me. Had I been running for office and some asshole like Hillary was talking trash about me, I sure as hell wouldn't have then turned around and brought her into my administration.

He picked her because he's one smart man. Hillary will be an excellent Secretary of State. Where do you get she was an asshole? They were running against each other for the Democratic nomination. Actually, Hillary and Obama were pretty civil to each other in the primaries considering they were opponents and it was a very close race. I think he came to really respect her and she him in a hard-fought race. They will work together for the good of the country.

Funny, McCain basicalty picked up Hillary's campaign. I guess he's an asshole for running basicaly the same campaign against him. Also, may as well say the Republicans on this forum are also assholes for repeating the same things that McCain and Hillary were saying.

He picked her because he's a smart politician, and he takes things a lot less personaly then others who follow politics.

"The champagne is flowing in Rush Limbaugh's house" The President made a public comment about this guy Limbaugh by name. I may have to check out this guy's talk show after all......on second thought probably not.

http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.c ... tics&tsp=1

I guess being in the Obama administration, with regards to the recent comments by the VP and Obama's latest Limbaugh slip-up, is like: "So.....What's being in the Obama administration and eating pussy got in common? One slip of the tongue and your in deep shit."
