Well, it was a great game. Sad to see the Cards commit so many penalties. They get that sack on Big Ben on that final drive around the goal line and that probably ices the game, too.

I had a feeling the steelers were going to win this one, and between the two teams, they are the ones I wanted to win this game. Of course, I only watched the last full play of the game. The roads were vacant so it was great driving while most everyone else was glued to the game.

Congratulations to the Steelers and their fans. Holmes made a SENSATIONAL catch, straight out of the Randy Moss playbook. When I saw the play live, I was certain he wasn't inbounds. The replay removed all doubt and that he was CLEARLY inbounds. I thought Harrison punching the shit out of a Cardinals player while he was down was completely classless, and that classless fucker should have been tossed from the game!

As soon as Fitzgerald scored to take the lead, I looked at my friends and said they left WAY too much time on the clock. Many people forget that the Patriots took the lead in last year's Super Bowl with about the same amount of time left, and it's simply too much time to leave on the clock. Especially for a defense as bad as Arizona!

Hopefully all you Pittsburgh fans enjoyed your free pass of not having to get by New England this season. We'll see you next January!

The catch was the easier part. Ben threw 2 absolutely sensational passes. Holmes let the first go right through his hands, but he redeemed himself with the second one. Big Ben is clutch during crunch time. He avoided some sacks and kept the going with some extremely crafty footwork for a guy not known for being too agile.

Yeah, I was worried about the time left on the clock. But man, they came so close to getting that sack way back downfield. Once they fired off those two first downs right in a row, I knew we were at least goin to OT.

Agree, Harrison was classless... that should be a massive fine, and yes, he should have been tossed for the game. It just ain't kosher that Harrison's classless behavior isn't punished any harsher during the course of the game then say, that bogus late hit call on Big Ben.

Oh well, I'm just glad it was an exciting game to watch - after the first quarter it wasn't looking to be that way.

Without watching the game, I say it was a good one. Cause the ending scores were not so spread apart. That means it was a close game and that's good. Not like one of those 43 to 0 type of deals where you pretty much know who's going to win the game at half time or anything.

Yeah, I really didn't get why he was allowed to get away with that. I mean he was pounding on him!! A foul didn't seem like enough to me.

Oh shit dude...typical...if it is a team/politician/band you don't like you just keep trying to find excuses to say why they weren't really that good. Give it a rest.

You were spot on with the Boss comments...but for fuck's sake, enough whining!

If Arizona would have stopped the last drive I would have said nothing but "Way to go Cardinals!"

You just can't comprehend that not everything is the way you want it and get over it!

Jesus.

Hey...here's one for ya...Maybe Obama sent a message to the NFL saying let the Steelers win? You know to keep with his pick?

The Stillers wouldn't be HALF of the team they are now without Big Ben. The way he commands leadership and by the way he takes no prisoners and how he manages to pull out games the way he does is god-like. Only rookie to go 13-0. Youngest Quarterback to win a Superbowl. Fastest player ever to tally 50 wins. The man doesn't lose, PERIOD, from his high school, college, and now pro days. He gets the job done in a drop of a dime, and the greats win when called upon, regardless of numbers.

Another thing, I've never seen a Quarterback take a beating like this man does week in and week out, and STILL come after you no matter what round it is. I'll take a tough as nails, son of a bitchen quarterback who spits blood from his nose in between huddles and promise guys he WILL get it done, hurt or not. We expect no other here in Pittsburgh, and that's why we will throw Arizona around with our pointer finger

That's what I said about Ben Roethlisberger. Considering that last drive, spot on analysis. The pitch and catch between him and 'Tonio were remarkable...SENSATIONAL. When Fitz scored I said the whole drive "Why do you draft Ben? For THIS REASON... why do you draft Ben? FOR THIS REASON!!!!"

If I was James Harrison, I would be a sick mother fucker, because he got RAPED every play, of this game, and the entire season. I'm glad he bitch slapped that piece of shit who tried choking him. And he got CHOKED! all game long. Kudos to Harrison, it was a long time commin.

Dean says Pittsburgh gets all the calls. On that third and 10 from the 2 that holding call was a Hocculi call. Complete GARBAGE call that single handidly kept Arizona in the game. Another thing, Ike Taylor taking that
personal foul on their game leading drive made me SICK. An atomatic 15 yards for that offense is a steal, esp in a crucial part in the game..

Didn't matter. Ben proved to be elite and that's why we drafted his ass.
