Taco Bell might have to kick in some free tacos, but I think it could be done!
It's not a lie, if you believe it..........

All 50 shows are confirmed as sold out already by the BBC.

I will bet you Wyatt's eyes he bought some of the tickets. This is a pure PR stunt too you know. He could buy say, half of them, and make himself look good, and in the process, basically buy himself money.

MJ is still very rich. He has had cash flow problems, but still has a very high net wealth with all of his assets. He could buy them.

Sold out don't mean nuthin' these days. Scalpers picked up a ton of tickets. Attendance will be the true measure. But good on him to appear to 'pull it off' so far. Now, on to the performances. Keep an eye on YouTube!

Just read something that reminded me of this particular exchange a little while ago...

Won't happen. I'm calling it now. He will bail out on this. He might do 5 - 10 shows and he will then pussy out under some sort of mysterious circumstances and disappear back to Djibouti or Burundi or Bahrain or where ever the heck he moved to.

Another postive outlook, huh? No one is ever gonna do anything. Geez. Michael won't play his shows, SP won't make a new album. How do you live your life so freakin negatively? What a downer. :(

Uh, no. I'm going by his past behavior... Michael is doing this that or the other, followed by Michael has had to cancel this that or the other for "undisclosed reasons".

How funny... this was the description on a news site i read...

"In a move which shocks no one, Michael Jackson postpones London concerts"

...with link to ther TMZ story of course...

http://www.tmz.com/2009/05/20/jacko-postpones-shows-blame-game-begins/

Guess I'm just being "negative" again. On a positive note, though, I love being right. :D

And I love how the article ends with:

Sources close to the situation tell us Jacko is pushing back the dates because he's physically unable to get through an entire show. Guess we'll have to wait until July to find out ... unless he blows off those dates too.

Yeah, I don't see MJ following through on this entire deal. We've not seen the contract, I'd be willing to bet that for "unforseen" health issues, MJ may have had it in the contract that he will still receive money even though he's unable to proceed with the concert for "health" issues. The concert promoters will make it difficult for people to get refunds or "credit" on their next ticket purchase. MJ is banking on calling in "sick" and the promoter is banking on so many tickets not being refunded. I see big money making, cancelled shows and a lot of deflated MJ fans in the future on this gig.
