Red 13 (the Journey mini album) almost qualifies for this thread. 1 good song, 3 mediocre but mostly 'cause its only 4 songs. If they'd trimmed Arrival and pushed some over to R13 it'd of been better. A full blown cd.

Is it the tunes or an aversion to it being non Perry?

For me it is the tunes. Can't be an aversion to it being non-Perry because I do enjoy Arrival.
Revelation is just a yawn. There's one song I like. The rest... meh. Nothing stellar.

Ok, now I'm disturbed. I've been going through a second box of CDs that needed sorting, and I found something called "Tigger.mania"

I have absolutely no memory of this at all; it's a Disney release, and seems to be Disney/Tigger-does-techno/pop. I don't remember buying it, or being given it, or ever listening to it, but it has my name on it, in my handwriting. The only reason I can think for possibly owning it is that Peter Frampton performs 2 songs on it. I just hope I didn't spend too much on it, because it really is trite.
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!
