Debut of Cold Heart's title track

Postby G.I.Jim » Fri Jul 17, 2009 7:34 am

Hey everyone, I've got ONE MORE song for you to check out! This song is our self-titled track "Cold Heart". This will be re-recorded over the next couple of weeks, but I just posted the first version of it on my myspace. If you want to check it out, just go to www.myspace.com/jimrykbost. I hope you like it... It's a rocker! :D

Jim, Baby
You know, the label and I are thinking you really need a video. I'm thinking you and your bandmates all dressed in super hero outfits, dancing in unison next to each other. Very much like the Wendy's boy band thing but with explosions, blood, and fish falling out of the air.
Kind of a medievial/alternate universe/Disney Channel thing.

C'mon, you NEED this for your career!

One word I want you to consider, babe- KEYTAR.

YOU could be a trendsetter!
I have 16 Magazine waiting to do an interview.

Call me, we'll do lunch

NO. He's NOT Steve F'ing Perry. But he's Arnel F'ing Pineda and I'm okay with that.

  I was thinking the same thing about the keytar! I could dress up like Rambo, and hold the Keytar like he did the M60! 8) When I strike chords, we could have bullets ripping out of the barrel (that's built into it of course!), and I could be laying waste to everything in my path. I think you're really on to something here. :D

YES! This is great. Remember we gotta keep the Disney Channel vibe though too. Disney is MAKING stars these days. Think of it JR, YOU could be in the same league as Cyrus, Jonus, and Dumbo.
How about, if your Keytar shot crazy, silly, fluorescent fruit flavored bullets? You could shoot them at kids at shows and they could catch them in their mouths!? We are ON to something here!

Oops, gotta go, Friggin' Pinocchio is calling me again. Great star but whatta fuggin pain in the ass to manage!

The URL he posted is wrong. The period (.) at the end of it makes it invalid. Use the one in his sig.

I guess that would explain all of the crankiness and bloating around here lately.

Well, it is a proven fact that when women spend a lot of time together their menstrual cycles will syncronize....I guess that's what's happened here....who'da thunk it could happen over cyberspace??????? and to men?????

Thanks everyone,

I wasn't home last night, so I didn't see your responses until today. Thanks for the compliments! Sorry about my period...   What can I say?

The song is a short clip because we've decided to quit spending so much time recording the WHOLE song, when we have to turn around and re-record everything again anyway. Up until now, we've just been working with stereo mp3 tracks. Now, we're going to be sending actual wav files for each track, and having real drums and real bass added. Also, we will now be able to master the files which will make the sounds kick ASS over what they sound like now. We're starting this process early next week, so I'll keep you posted as always.
