I know I'm new here, but I really like this place and plan on hanging around for a while. Hell, I think it's worth 10 bucks. I went to melodicrock.com and hit the Donate button and nothing happened. Any suggestions to fix the problem...Andrew, anybody???

I donated on the day this thread was posted. I was planning to keep it between me and Andrew but I changed my mind because I would like to encourage the fans of Arnel to donate whatever they can afford. :)

I'm not sure if that button is JavaScript operated or not, but it never hurts to update your version of Java.

I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

You can actually snail-mail a donation. Just look down below the Paypal payment option, and an address is listed.

Yep, that's it! He will definitely appreciate it. You should become an MRX member! It costs $35 and gives you access to tons of songs and videos you won't find anywhere! I just joined, and I'm still checking stuff out in there. A lot of rare releases, so if you're a true melodic rock fan... I'm sure you'll hear some stuff you like! :D

Or hell, just will all of your earthly possessions to him. Too bad MJ didn't give him the Beatles collection when he died, Lord knows Andrew could have done more good with it than Prince Michael or Blanket ever will. We could have all been flying to Tasmania for a big party!

Jim (or someone)....tell me more about this MRX... I'm interested and I consider myself a HUGE melodic rock fan. I would definitely invest 35.00 bucks if it's worth it. Just need some more info on it and maybe a link to follow.

On the matter of last night, I upgraded my Java, but still can't donate.... well, at least I can send it to him by snail mail if nothing else. I'll try again later after work.

I'm glad you finally got some fresh coffee, but what does that have to do with donating?

Since I was having issues trying to donate, Rick suggested I update my javascript, so I did. Just made mention of it that's all.

Great bang for your buck. It's only an annual fee of $35 and you get rarities, videos, concerts (audio and/or video), etc. to download of all kinds of melodic/classic rock bands/artists shared by Andrew who constantly updates MRX. There is an MR-X link up on the top left of the melodicrock.com front page.
