Obvious hoax, and there are several inaccurate eBay details on the photo they posted (like feedback rating "100100 %" and other typos). Also, the seller is an actual member that shows a feedback rating in the 30's, not "99". Someone must have hijacked someone's account or just fabricated the photo entirely.
