Now that you’re getting married, Ken, there are a few things we here at Melodicrock think you’re old enough to know. For starters, we know you’re nervous about the wedding night. That’s perfectly normal. It’s okay to be nervous. You may have noticed a few things happening to your body lately. Don’t worry. That’s normal too. Try & forget about all those rumors you may have heard regarding certain things being “icky.” Your body is your friend. About that hair you see growing under your armpits..... that is normal too.

We need to talk a little bit about the wedding night itself & about all your unanswered questions. I’m sure you have plenty. It’s important to note that if you pace yourself & take things slowly, that everything will fall into place. It’s a natural event & it’s all about taking manageable steps.

Try to think of it this way, Ken: When the little boy bird and the little girl bird first get together, they’ll hold each other’s wings until they’re comfortable with each other & then later they will kiss. Now..... now....... don’t make that face at me, Ken. Did I just hear you saying, “Ewwww”? I need you to stay focused & to try & hear me out. You have to set aside all of those ugly rumors your friends may have told you about sex. It’s perfectly normal for you... er, .... uh,..... I mean,..... for the little boy bird to kiss the little girl bird. She will be just as scared as you... er...., I mean him.

You need to also keep in mind that the feelings you’ll be experiencing on your wedding night are quite common & that everyone is apprehensive & fearful the very first time they have sex. This will be a milestone in your life. You will be crossing over into manhood. Becoming sexually active for the first time is nothing to be taken lightly. It is possibly the single most important event you will ever experience. You will remember it forever.

Ken, I hope our little “talk” didn’t embarrass you in any way b/c sex is nothing to be embarrassed about. It is a perfectly natural event. Just remember to be patient & gentle & everything else will fall into place.

KenTheDude wrote:She was with me when I bought it. I wanted her to pick out the one she liked best. She'll be the one wearing it. I did not propose yet & told her I wouldn't be giving it to her on Valentine's Day because that's too predictable. I will give it to her on Mar 4th, 6 months from the day we met in person. No wedding date set yet.

My dad actually bought the center diamond in Germany over 30 years ago. He bought 3 at the time. Gave one to my mom, one to my sister when she got married over 20 years ago and now one to me. The jewelry store checked it out and it is 6/10 of a carat. The other remaining diamonds are 3/4 carat for a total of 1.35 carats. She wanted to have something that has somewhat of a vintage style to it because of the history behind the center diamond.

Sorry for the big pics. It's not letting me resize and I'm feeling lazy.

Beautiful ring and beautiful sentiment. Congrats. Here's hoping you both enjoy many, many loving years and...LOTS OF SEX...together. :D MBPL
