I love crispy fried okra and also boiled peanuts on occasion when I'm in the deep deep south, south Georgia. That's the weirdest I can get with my foods.

I try to eat healthy and this will freak some out, but one of my favorite foods is seaweed salad. Love the stuff and its full of nutrition and gives a natural energy boost. BUT I do , like most, eat some unhealthy stuff on occasion too and you just mentioned one of my faves. LOVE fried green tomatoes. They're alright cooked the southern way, thick sliced and breaded but I prefer them the way my mom made them, thin sliced, just lightly coated with flour and fried crispy. Yum!
