Perhaps this isn't a coincidence!

He's ducking me dude, no doubt. Probably thinks I'll expect a check out of him for all the free promotion. But I'm committed to seeing Dokken this year, no matter what. Maybe it would help if I actually checked their tour calendar now and then.

They should be near Chicago around the 4th of July. I have plans that weekend, but if it's right before that I'd definitely go ... for the Scorpions!

John fucking MELONCRAMP??!! Did that fool make it out of the '80s??? Willie fuckin' Nelson rocks harder than that cud-chewer!! Bwahahahahahahaha!!!!

Rascal Flatts???? Toby Keith??? Keith Urban??

You're missing Paul Revere & The Raiders and The Fabulous Thunderbirds. Then you can have a real suckfest, dude. Sorry, hahahaha!!

P.S. Spruce Bringspain is an amped-up nostalgia act. The only thing of his I like is "Blinded By The Light," and by that I mean the kickass Manfred Mann cover. One time I heard the original tune come on FM and I was horrorstruck by how gay the original version by "The Boss" sounded, down to the murky vocals.

Dude. You= Winger, Dokken and Ratt. Me= Bruce and the legendary E Street Band, Journey, Rascal Flatts. I= winner. Game over.

Don't understand your logic, I would put Winger up against Bruce Live, and Winger would win. BTW I have seen Bruce and the E Street live and it was one of the worst sounding shows I have ever been to. Now that I think about it Ratt would even kick their ass.

You should be banned for even suggesting this. Too bad you're clueless about music dude. I guess Winger just didn't get the break Bruce did, eh? IDK, 100 million albums sold compared to 1 million sold.....pretty darn close I'd say.

How is Springsteen a nostalgia act? You obviously haven't seen one of his shows. Every show is different.

Hey Rip - JTTC is the 17th and Rock n America is the 23-25, sounds do-able to me. I'm planning on both right now. Moondance is the 14-17 so that will probably be a pass this year.

Marty - You guys coming over?

Clueless? I have a lot of Bruce's albums, nothing that spectacular I must say, I listen to Winger more often. I understand where you are coming from, you only listen to artist that sell 100M albums, its ok you are one with the masses, I'm sure Rolling Stone magazine told you to do so, to love the Boss, he can do no wrong. My ear drums are different than yours, Kip Winger has a better voice.

Don't ever, fucking ever, talk smack about Willie. He is untouchable. (he's also pro cannibis legalization...pretty cool old man if you ask me)

+ 1000! And you geniuses are calling the E Street Band a nostalgia act but WINGER isn't?? Really?????
BTW Deano- Yeah, Rascal Flatts and Toby Keith might sell a few tickets for your festival but PLEASE get that crap off the bill! The last shit I took has more talent and originality than Rascal Flatts!
Try adding Social D and Steve Earle and I'm in.

ps- Manfred Mann's BLINDED BY THE LIGHT doesn't hold a candle to the original. All they managed to do was screw up the lyrics to the chorus AND leave out about 4 verses! (does have a cool guitar solo, though)

Why? According to Lavish, Springsteen can't carry Kip Winger's guitar case. My Festival is full of a bunch of no talent hacks.

why is it so windy in Texas? cuz Oklahoma sux.

Linda went to one outside festival in a cow pasture ( she sez) last year to see George Lynch and Marco Mendoza play. THAT was worth it but she said there is NO ONE that could get her back, including any in OK.

Dude, in Oklahoma, it's so flat, you can stand on a beer can and watch your dog run away for 5 days.

It's mixed better, it sounds better, and Chris Thompson's voice is WAY better than Bruce's. Chris can actually sing. Bruce is a strummer who just wants to sing because he doesn't want anyone else in the band to sing. You know, like Tom Petty.
