I'd rather be a Loon instead of a Journey fan who is fed the fuzzy math Kool Aid.

You'd think Perry would want to be far away from anyone involved with Journey.
I don't buy it. It's not Perry, nope, wrong recluse.

Didn't he do TBF? The sound production was great on that. I'm sure Perry had a hand in selecting him for that. But I see your point. I would think that, too.

I have also mixed an album of material by a solo artist who will come out of the woodwork when it suits him, and I have tracked and am finishing this BC(?) material. Glenn Hughes singing in the room with me was extraordinary, as he may be one of the finest vocalist I've ever worked with and I have worked with the best - Steven Tyler, Steve Perry, Lou Gramm, Chris Robinson, Bruce Dickinson, Robert Plant, to name just a few. It's pretty thrilling stuff - very raw, quite basic, and 95% of it is cut live - well, between all their schedules, there just hasn't been time to do much else - but I think that's a poisitive - it's very cool. Iron Maiden bassist Steve Harris heard some songs and was knoocked out - he said "this is the kind of music that made me want to play in the first place. I'd go out and buy it now....." The band played out at a gig in Riverside, CA for the first time in mid-March, and it's very exciting stuff!

so why did someone excerpt that comment out and paste it when it's clear he's mentioning Glenn Hughes?
