I'm pretty sure Kim's not that way. Besides, that pretty gross.

BTW, congrats Kim. Glad your team won.

Yup, 4th of July, this Sunday. We have front row center tickets to see her favorite show Wicked the night before (her birthday present from me). And then the wedding the next evening. It will be extremely casual at my parent's house & I'm wearing shorts! Catered BBQ afterwards & then we're all walking down to the bay and watch fireworks over the water.

Thank you, MG! My best friend as well as her family & my family are the only ones that will be there. Less than 30 people total. A very small & casual ceremony. I'll be thinking of you guys and maybe post a few pics.

Outstanding, Ken. Sounds like a wonderful way to honor tradition and still do the kind of thing that works for you and her. I hope you and Linda will be ridiculously happy together.

So get this:

My buddy who I went to school with just got drafted by the Blackhawks in the second round of the NHL draft. We literally shared lockers together. Stephen Johns. Big time hockey player, great kid. He's a couple years younger than me and we've hung out multiple times before he shipped off to play the puck. I wish him all the best. Pretty cool to be friends with an NHL hockey player, crazy how things work out. Good luck, Steph, you deserve it.

What a shame. I actually hung with Proby 2 Summers in LA. He was on probation and had certain rules he had to follow. Anyway, we'd go to In and OUT BURGERS and dude would get two double cheeseburgers, large fries, a coke and a chocolate shake, and then we'd go play pick up hockey. I can remember him having beautiful hands. Now this is Probert we're talking about, not Daniel Sedin! If Probert hands this soft, imagine what Sidney possesses!? Anyway, I loved Bobby.

RIP.

He was wild to watch wasn't he?
Windsor's lost one of their loved ones and I can say for surely that we are saddened by it.
I'm praying for his children to find comfort in the best of times they shared with him.

I remember the playoff series where the Dallas Stars entered the playoffs in '07 with virtually no offense whatsoever and watched Marty Turco steal 3 games from Vancouver via shutout. I feel he's got more years like that if he's in front of a contending team. If the Hawks look to repeat in spite of an abysmal offseason, this is a nice way to do it by upgrading the goaltending position (sorry, I just was never sold on Niemi. Offense won the Cup this year.) Good signing Chicago!
