Steve Augeri show 12-10-10

Anyone going to see the Steve Augeri show on 12-10-10 at 23 East in Ardmore, PA. If so, shoot some vids please. Like to hear how the band sounds on their second show.

Not anymore. 23 East closed so the show is canned, according to something I read last week.
They're supposed to be looking to reschedule something somewhere in PA

Didn't mean to give 23 East a bad rap. It's not so much a dive as it is just a small-ish neighborhood bar. Used to hang out there a lot back in the 90's. They would mainly host local bands, so was just surprised to see him playing there.

23 East is closed for renovations/new ownership. It's scheduled to reopen in early 2011. Maybe his show will be rescheduled there after all. Still surprised he was scheduled to perform there to begin with. It's just a mile down the road from Villanova, so it usually attracts the college crowd.

Oh... didn't know that part.... the announcement (by SA) of the cancellation only said "due to 23 East closing it's doors" or something like that. It sounded like they were looking to reschedule as soon as possible upon finding a new place, but I've not noticed anymore updates about it. Dunno.

23 east may be scheduled for remodel and reopening but they probably can't commit to any dates until they are closer to being done. winter months are tough for renovations.

with the holidays coming up. more than likely plans to reschedule quickly have been set aside. hopefully early 2011 will see some updates.
