You cannot be serious. That album is a truck chunk of shit mate!

For some reason, Youve hated Yngwie, since Soto left him, I see a pattern here mate,,,, any band Soto leaves, you start to diss  ;)

I can understand why you dont like it, cause you arent a guitar player. Yngwie's stuff are normally appreciated more by those who play the guitar .

I have to agree with Dean & S2M ;) ... your taste & reviews are more and more depending on your personal relations with the artists rather than an openminded non-biased REVIEW. If Eric Martin had sang on all Yngwie songs, you wouldve given that album a serious listen and a serious review ,,,, probably a 95% ....

(Sorry Deb, now if the albumd gets 94% or less, its cause of me )
I am willing to bet that the new Mr Big will score a 95-100%

I haven't heard this album, but I saw him live with Tim Owens, and though he may not be the best lead he's had, I think he worked just fine. You really don't hear him much over yngwie's LOUD live playing anyway!

And so it should. :) I've listened to it all a few times now and it kicks some serious ass. All the reviews are great, and it went gold within 24 hours.......some here have said it's their best yet, growing on them fast. 8) I think it's a great mix of rockers and a couple ballads, and with no overdubs.....about as real as it gets, LOL separates the men from the boys talentwise. This is the hardrock album Schon can only dream about making.

Im not dissing the album. My point is, if Eric Martin was ine the same relations Joe Elliot , Andrew's review would be more ike 55% ;)

Sad part about the Mr Big Album is, it will not sell Gold in US .... :?

 Or it just might be cuz Eric is a better vocalist than Joe. 50 years old and still got it in spades......... http://www.youtube.com/user/Disenchance ... RwncvlGrPM (with no overdubs I might add, just straight up raw vocal, what a novel concept. 8) )

:x Please try to understand this, before one of us dies ! :P :x
Eric is a better vocalist than Joe. My point was if Andrew was pissed at Eric, like he is at Joe, then regardless of Eric's voice and the album's quality, the review wouldve been totally different than the actual one we shall get soon ;). Explaining things to you is like masturbating with a cheesegrator, slightly enjoyable but mostly painful.

Oh I understand fully what you're trying to say, I just don't agree, deal with it. I think if he was on the outs with EM he would still judge this new album for what it is. I'm sure he was none too impressed with Journey at the time, but still gave Revelation a good review. Much more than I would have given it.

No you didnt understand (at first) , cause you kept bragging about how good Eric Martin and MR Big are. That was not my point. Youre slowly catching on tho, which is good, eh ? ;)
If Martin wouldve put out the worse CD of they year, it woud still have got Drewsky's thumbs up! Thats how he works lately. ;)

Not true, I just went and looked at a bunch of EM and Mr Big reviews and he's been more than fair, I don't agree with some.... EM's Soul Sessions only a 75%, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=trI1WOHFMWo what?!  But I can understand it, our tastes differ a little, he probably prefers EM's rockin' side more, where as, as much as I like the rockin side too I prefer his soul side. He's also given GREAT reviews to artists he doesn't know and crappy reviews to others, hell he's a big John Farnham fan and noticed he gave one of his only a 25%. So nope, I disagree with you BB.
