USPS tracking tells me this bad boy is due in my mail today....

It will be time to kick the child off Black Ops, and dad will take over killing space monsters.... :shock:

Well, tracking tells me my package arrived at my post office at 9:36 am this morning....as a former postal worker I know that that might mean it will be taken out in today's mail, but if my carrier had a light day, and left the station before that - I'll probably get it tomorrow. And I could always just drive to the station and ask for it....but I did sign up for text confirmation for delivery...which I seem to always get WELL after I've received said package....we are talking hours after.....lol

Used to be a fan of FPS,,,played too much and now I cant play any FPS due to motion sickness..... but horror games are always fine,,, nothing beats the very 1st Resident Evil though

Dead Space is a cool game, DS 2 looks to be even better.

I pretty much Black Ops it right now. Usually on between 9:30-11 PM EST on Xbox Live. LukesHydra is my Gamertag. If you get lucky, you'll end up playing with me AND GI Jim . Add me if you're on Live, but give me a heads up so I know who you are.

My son started the game last Friday night(xbox live), and by Sunday 11pm was already 4 levels past Prestige 1...Even on my best video game day I couldn't play long enough to acheive that.....he can play for 10 hrs straight.... :shock:

Ok, right off the bat I can tell you this is going to be a VERY hard game for me. One of those games where you have to press 4 things at once to make a certain move. Left stick controls movement. Right stick controls aim. You need to press left trigger to use flashlight while pressing 'B' to use your telekinesis...and you must do all of this at the same time....Your left hand is fine. It is easy to move and use your flashlight. But Aiming while trying to hold the 'B' button is damn near impossible.....I've died roughly 40x already, and I'm only 10 mins in. :shock:

Is it tougher than the first one? The first one had some BRUTAL boss battles.

I don't know...concentrating on RPG elements and story telling? Sounds odd to me. Don't know if Resident Evil mixed with World of Warcraft would work too well.

Ok...update. Solved the game last night. Have 7 of the 9 weapons maxed out. Found all suit/armor upgrades. Attained about half of the achievements first time around. Alot of them are things you wouldn't normally do, or things that you have to do like 40 times to get it. Plus, I chose different weapons - and some achievements needed certain weapons to attain. I'm on my 2nd run through with the Elite Engineering Suit, and 7 maxed out weapons. Now I'll try and get 100% gamerscore....

I have a question that maybe someone can answer, while playing the pc game pariah it played fine for the first couple of levels ,then it all of a sudden would show black screen(picture gone then comes back) when turning a certain way then when i turn the opposite way the picture would come back, i tried the patch(didnt notice any change) tried deleting and reinstalling game(game reinstalled back with previous checkpoints on it and still no change) anyone have any ideas ? :roll:

I would update your video driver....and make sure DirectX is updated to whatever the latest version your video card supports.
