A friend took me to see these guys live in LA in 2002 - they've got a great live feel! Fantastic to hear them again.
Why treat life as a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving in an attractive & well-preserved body? Get there by skidding in sideways, a glass of wine in one hand, chocolate in the other, body totally worn out, screaming WOOHOO! What a ride!

Any song by the group Yes. Seen all good people, Roundabout, many more. They are known for their layered harmonies.

Seriously I love the harmonies of this group, I don't know many that can rival the complexities.

I've always loved the harmonies at the end of "Girl Can't Help It". The end of that song is just a perfect blend of the harmony vocals and instrumental melodies being played there.

One of my top two favorite Journey Songs, EVER!! The deeply soulful, emotional delivery
was pulled from the deepest depths of Lake Tahoe and beyond ...the harmonies are
incredible, the melody beautiful ...I've never heard this song performed live, which is
a huge source of regret, for me ...wonder why!?! Has anyone ever heard it live?! Would've
had to have been early!!
The lyrical content is very simple ...and sweet ...one of the most beautiful songs
I have ever heard in my life ...eeee~gaaaaddd, I love it!!

You fools. I was mocking the mockery that is Journey. When they were on tape, errrrr, tape in 2006, they never had a hiccup.

It was sarcasm!

Got to crack one of my own here. I think Springsteen's(E Street Bands) harmonies are all over the fucking place. They're sloppy, and never in step...perhaps because they are 100% live, no canned anything. You hear Bruce of course, then you'll hear Patty sing over him, and fucking Van Zandt is on his own singing something completely different. Bruce seems alright with it, so, ok I guess.

But no, IMO, he won't get any awards on vocal harmonies, although his band are very excellent vocalists.
