How 'bout we drag Mark Singer out of retirement and make a "Beastmaster" reboot...

Hey! Robocop is due, too.....

If Red Sonja and Conan had a kid, would it be Conan O'Brian?

Well, since you asked (and since Ripper didn't jump on it), there was indeed going to be a Red Sonja reboot. Rose McGowan (who's in the new Conan) was slated, but she hurt her right arm badly by doing a particular stunt for Grindhouse, not sure if it was Planet Terror or Death Proof. Something about a backwards flip and landing on her hands. She wanted to be Sonja but they told her there'd be no guarantee against permanently fucking up her arm for good. The movie will eventually still happen with some other actress.

And, courtesy of Robert Rodriguez, you can look forward to a Death Dealer movie based on Frank Frazetta's famous painting. AND — get this — a LIVE ACTION remake of Fire & Ice. Can't wait!

Marc Singer was going to reprise his role in the new V (which has already been cancelled) before the cast and story got changed up.

Robocop is going to happen. Are you sorry you asked?

Hope ur right. Seein Conan on Saturday. Like yourself, I'm one of the few that thought "Punisher: War Zone" was brilliant.

Let us know how you like it. Harry on AICN "it doesn't entirely suck" review, isn't exactly a glowing endorsement.

Are you referring to that big bloated ginger who fancies himself a film critic?

Yeah, I'm sure he's not near the experienced critic that you are. Nor are the rest of the critics 76% of whom say the film blows. Nor are the 54% of general audience who leave feedback.

If you loved Travolta's "Battlefield Earth". Then that's all that matters and should be nominated for an Acadamy Award on that basis.

So what's the verdict TNC?

The theatre had already dumped it. On top of that, it was closed due to Irene. Looks like I'll have to wait for the dvd. It'll prolly be at my local second-run theatre soon. Maybe catch it then.

Good to hear, I just got the series. A friend told me it was really good too.

Conan's doing well in bluray/dvd, not sure why it didn't stay long in theatres. I finally saw it, I thought it was really good! :) Momoa makes a waaaay better Conan than Schwarzeneger. But wow, were some of those fighting scenes ever gruesome.

Finally caught on blu-ray...took a couple of attempts to finish (it starts off real strong, but the fake blood was definitely a bad choice)...after we finished watching the whole movie, we both agreed it was a pretty damn good...still haven't finished the original.
