Message of love
When you love a woman
If he should break your heart
Still she cries
It's just the rain
I can see it in your eyes
After the fall
Who's crying now
Still they ride
Mother father
Edge of the blade
Winds of March
Patiently
Where were you
Do you recall
ALL OF ROR

I would make an exception if it was Perry singing though. Even if he sounded like shit, just being the original voice that I had been part of my life's soundtrack over the last 30 years would make it a very cool experience.

I envy your dedication to the man, but my allegiance is to the Voice. I don't see how anyone would want to listen to any musician who couldn't perform up to par.

Yeah, it's hard to explain. Ten years ago I would agree with that sentiment but now that I'm older and and have gotten to watch some of my favorite singers still soldier on even after losing a step or three (Justin Hayward, Boz Scaggs, Kenny Loggins, etc) in smaller venues where you almost feel the intimacy, It may be me just being sentimental but when they sing, even with their broken/ faltering voices, it still takes me back in time which is probably the greatest part of the experience in the end.

Hope you don't mind if he raps them, because that's the only way the lyrics to these songs will ever be coming out of his lips.![]()
