Mac People: DVD CASE/SPINE Label Maker Software?

I'm looking for some Mac software that is intuitive and easy to use to create and print DVD case labels. I'm talking about the spine and case inserts for "long" DVD cases, not mere CD jewel cases.

Anybody know of any? Haven't found anything that quite fits the bill on the App Store. What about Toast? Does its label-making feature fit the bill?
