I'm not sure what that means. I'll tell you what I hope it means. Him getting butt fucked by anyone that shows the desire to do so.

They hammered him and rightfully so. 45 out of 48 counts with a maximum of 442 years.

They knew about the son since the beginning of the week but didn't need him to testify.

Good riddance scumbag! I knew as soon as the jury requested repeat testimony of two witnesses that he was done.

As well they should. The e-mails that the Penn St higher ups knew about this have been released already. Spanier and the other dude are also in some deep shit over this. It's bad for Red13JoePa and ebake, but the whole damn community it seems knew something about this dude wasn't right and Penn St covered it up. Shame on them.

As far as I'm concerned, Spanier, Gary Schultz and Tim Curly should be sharing a jail cell with Jerry. I'd like the gut the Board of Trustees too, I have no doubt that they were knee deep in that cover up too. I will always support my school, but not the higher ups running it.

Can someone answer a question for me?

I read in another article that he will be sentenced at a later date. Why is that? Why can't that happen as soon as the trial end? Get it over with, get him into prison, get it out of the way.

Anyone?

There will be a sentencing phase of the trial. In the meantime he will remain incarcerated. He's not getting out.....ever. Unless he gets a stay of execution, he gets out for a brief time to "get his affairs in order" I bet he blows his brains out.

Penn State isn't going anywhere. The lawsuits will fall like rain but they'll settle out of court for a fraction of what there being sued for, that's how civil suits operate. Their liability insurance will be more than enough cover what ever lawsuits they may face.

Yeah, I wonder what kind of liability insurance covers students getting butt fucked by rogue employees?

Penn State is already trying to get the pigs in the pen.

Following Friday's verdict, Penn State issued a statement inviting victims to participate in discussions toward a resolution of their claims against the university.

"The university plans to invite victims of Mr. Sandusky's abuse to participate in a program to facilitate the resolution of claims against the university arising out of Mr. Sandusky's conduct," the statement said.

"The purpose of the program is simple - the university wants to provide a forum where the university can privately, expeditiously and fairly address the victims' concerns and compensate them for claims relating to the university."

This is why Penn State will go down in flames for this. Yes, Sandusky did do the dirty deed but the school became an accomplice by the inaction they agreed upon to protect the guilty party.

...newly obtained evidence includes emails showing Curley, Schultz and former Penn State President Graham Spanier discussing how to handle the McQueary report. Spanier and Schultz, according to NBC, agreed that it would be "humane" to not report Sandusky to social services agencies.

Only now are they doing this. Where were they during the abuse, which they were not completely blind to?

Gonna be some BIG money.. given that Penn State has 4.6 billion in operating revenue reported for the last fiscal year and an endowment topping $1.8 billion, but it looks like Penn State doesn't have insurance to cover this... so they're asking their donors and board members to pay...

http://www.radaronline.com/exclusives/2 ... -exclusive

The Board of Trustees Chairman Steve Garban has been "discussing with fellow trustees the need to establish a fund because it's absolutely inevitable that the university is going to be sued by the alleged victims. There will be absolutely no money taken from Penn State's donations from alumni, corporations, or any other source.

“Money that goes to the the sex abuse fund will be specifically designated, and this is being done is a very discreet manner. Penn State has very, very wealthy donors, and board members, and this is who will be contributing to it," an insider close to the situation tells us.

I hardly consider Radaronline to be a legitimate source of information, they're on the same level as TMZ.
