JOURNEY w/Kim Mitchell - Belleville, ON - 7/27/13

Empire Square Live announced this year's line up for the annual Rockfest. Kim Mitchell is opening for the boys.

This is big for me, Belleville is my hometown, I was born there (and our own city by the bay) and Rockfest has had a plethora of great acts. If some of you guys recall, I saw Meat Loaf there in 2011, and Boston last year. I'm very excited to be able to see Journey again for a good price and less than an hour's drive away.

Also performing that week is REO Speedwagon w/Night Ranger and Dennis DeYoung, and currently unknown headliner with guest David Wilcox.

This is held outside the theater.

An outdoor concert venue for you and 3600 friends. Located adjacent to the theatre, Empire Square Live brings you to the next level of concert performance.

Look at REO; getting Dennis Deyoung and Night Rangers as opening acts, impressive.
Of course, when you only need to fill 3,600 seats things become a lot easier.

Trust me, that parking lot they have Rockfest in can hold more than 3600 people.

I really, really love Kim Mitchell. I'd love to see him at a big show like this.
