Black Star Riders...

Postby slucero » Thu Mar 28, 2013 7:30 pm

When I was in high school.. me and my buddies loved Thin Lizzy... here it is 27 years after we lost Phil Lynott and Scott Gorham has done Phil proud.

The Black Star Riders are:

Ricky Warwick
Scott Gorham
Damon Johnson
Marco Mendoza
Jimmy DeGrasso

If this song is any indication... this album is gonna kick fucking ass. Hard rock the way it was meant to be done.

Damnit man, thanks for posting! Start's off with "Johnny" and with just the song, the dude sounds just like Lynott. Going to have to check this out & see

if it comes on vinyl.

Sounds more like someone trying to sing with Lynott's voice inflections. That said, I really liked the track!

This is another winner produced by Kevin Shirley. He's certainly been on a roll lately!
