That's what seperated Journey from the rest was the voice of the lead singer, and JSS doesn't have those qualities to full fill. If JSS would ever do a Journey album, it won't sound like Journey. People who are not familiar with JSS would hear his voice and simply skip from song to song only because the Journey sound is what it is for a reason.
yes.... I agree.... this is exactly where Im coming from... I think JSS is a great singer... that goes without saying... but the Journey music and "Perryesque" vocal sound are forever fused together...... a different vocal sound, means a different band really.. not JSS fault.... its just the way it is!!
