Why is it that when I work nights, at 5 am I can barely hold my eyes open, then at 7:30 when I get home, I'm wide awake and can't go to sleep?????

Yup I think it happens to many folks.
When I used to work midnights I would get
droopy eyed around 4am then come 7am
when I went home I was wide awake.
I miss those days way back before babies
and lippy 10 year olds. :wink:

Ok - After having a lot of stress, etc. this past week - I was actually able to sleep last night. It is much cooler here today - we are finally getting some fall-like weather. I love it! Hopefully your mild hangover will pass soon!!

The hangover is very mild and hubby is working
on making a pot of coffee now.
Seems in my drunken stupor last night, I had
prepped a pot but only put in one scoop of grinds
for 12 cups......musta been when I had the pipe out :lol:
