Dio's voice really is amazing on that one. And it has some of the best lover-lyrics...

The album is a gem too, I think. My favourites include "Snake Charmer" and "Temple of the King"

Steve Walsh is an AMAZING singer. Especially on Carry On Wayward Son, he gives me goosebumps on there!

In his prime, Walsh was every bit as good as Perry, at least speaking of vocal range. Unfortunately, he didn't take as good care of his voice as Perry did, but he had some major pipes back in the day.

I'm not really very familiar with Blue Oyster Cult's music other than this tune and, of course, "(Don't Fear) The Reaper", and one or two others. As far as the Satanic symbol goes, I've done some research and there doesn't seem to be any consensus that the symbol actually is Satanic.
