Totally agree, IMO...has the sexiest beat of any song, by any band.....especially LIVE. I'm a sucker for songs with a great drum beat.

I change faves from time to time depending on mood and circumstances but ever since I heard Easy to Fall I've always come back to it.

This is me. Right now I love "On a Saturday Night" from the Denver '79 show that was shared recently. I have never heard that song before - sorry my Journey collection starts with Infinity. Daydream from that same collection is very cool.

It just depends on my mood.

I'll narrow it down as much as I can, but I can't pick just one.
I'll give you a top 5, how's that? Not necessarily in this order, but...

Stone In Love
Be Good To Yourself
Stay Awhile
Why Can't This Night
Raised On Radio

(and I know I'm alone on that last one...I don't care. I love it.)

Not alone on that last one.....liked the energy of ROR the first time I heard it.

Rocker: Escape and Edge Of The Blade are tied.
Ballad: Somethin' To Hide/Winds Of March (they HAVE to play together like Feeling That Way/Anytime so it's one song.)

Lots to choose from.

Probably "Sweet and Simple" from Evolution and "Mother, Father" from Escape.

"Lights" and "Send Her My Love".Then ALL of them.

I have witnessed what Cyndy mentioned... 8)
In 2005 I was at a Giants game in SF and I heard not only "Lights" ,but also "Faithfully",when they played 3 songs for the crowd to choose.I will never forget the goosebumps I got hearing Faithfully on the Stadiums sound system. It was Cosmic.

As for the songs that were written after SP left, I really love "Live and Breathe" & "A Better Life".

That's hard :) As people have said, there are too many to choose from! Also my favourites tend to shift. At the moment they are:

Up-tempo: Only The Young

Slow-tempo: Trial By Fire
"Wherever you go, go with all your heart" - Confucius

Jeez- this is a toughy!
Rockers:
Ask the Lonely
Chain Reaction
Where Were You
Be Good to Yourself

Ballads:
When You Love a Women
Faithfully
Still they Ride
Send Her my Love

There's probably more- but I'm not awake yet
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in an attractive well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, wine and chocolate in hand, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and screaming "what a ride!"

Favorite Journey song has no words to be honest. I love "Into Your Arms" on Time3 but to be more conventional like everyone else,

Rocker - Escape
Ballad - Faithfully
