Yea, at times the ineterior seems JFKesque then they show the outside at the end and there's some kind of Soldier Field like pressbox structure on the one side, a lake or pond right outside of it (looked like that man-made thing on the mall in DC) and the skyline's not one I recognize.

Absolutely. Plus there is one point during the Fronteirs and Beyond program where John Facenda is talking about them playing JFK, yet it is obvious that it is another stadium. I know JFK. I vomited in JFK. Not that it's something to brag about.........

Greg Norman is some serious wine. There are only a few places outside of Philadelphia that sell it. I got a case for Christmas, and I am in the process of killing it tonight!

The video was totally not filmed in PA...Trust me. I am guessing Mile High, but I don't know all of the city skylines. It was absolutely not JFK though. Anyone out there know?

You trying to relive that vomiting experience?

One of the worst hangovers I've ever had was from wine. OUCH!
I like to sit out on the front porch, where the birds can see me, eating a plate of scrambled eggs, just so they know what I'm capable of.

I used to feel that way about wine. As I've gotten older, I gravitated to the Cabernet or Shiraz. Beer goes right through me.

Nah, no more than your basic Cabernet or Merlot. Depends on the brand.

I don't know. Since I have had it (tonsilitis) many times, I guess they are not worried. If they had gotten gangrenous or something, they would probably have taken them. LOL! So far, the antibiotic is working. Yea!!! Thanks for asking Moon!!

is it strep or just red tonsils without an actual culture?
you have the right to request for the damn things to be removed!!! sometimes, sinus infections with drainage will cause red tonsils. can be viral as well.
don't allow the dr.s to overdo the ab's. what do i know? i'm just an oncology nurse.....

Thanks for the info. She didn't do the swab for strep because she didn't see the white spots. My tonsils were very swollen - sticking out of my neck (EWWW). I think if I have trouble with them again any time soon, I will want them out. I don't have time to fool with being sick like this!! Thanks again for a professional perspective.

Well Ms M I gotta tell ya, I think this may be
a good time to go fit pitching with your Doctor.....
This is a reoccurring thing with you right?
Go in there and insist that he send you to someone
who will remove them.
There are only two reasons I feel this way.
1. You don't need em and they are causing you
to suffer.
2. Now this is the most important reason....
Time off work so you can stay home and drink
with us!

AR I think you are blessed with having Mrs AR.
Drink on Dude!

Liam!, Big Daddy!, where ya been Brotha?
We've missed ya muchly round these parts.

Ohsosoto thanks for stopping by with wise words.

Fortunately, Moon, this is the first time I've had tonsilitis in AGES. I honestly can't remember the last time and neither could my Mom. We have some state testing coming up at school, so I couldn't really afford to be out now anyway. I can't wait to be done with my antibiotic so I CAN enjoy the adult beverages with y'all again!!!
