Good evening ohsherrie, happy to answer your question.
Perogies (probably not spelled right, oh well) are rolled
flour dough pockets filled with a mixture of mashed potatoes
and cheddar cheese.
I also make mine with caramelized onion and mushroom in the filling.
you boil them then fry or saute them and serve with sour cream
or plain yogurt......they are pretty damn tasty.

The iTit will cost $499 or $599 depending on size.
