Oooh - another Rat Pack alum! Fantastic!! They were definitely the epitome of early 60s cool.

OT - if anyone is interested in some of the Rat Pack's antics (specifically while filming Ocean's 11), read the book "Cult Vegas" by Mike Weatherford. Great history of Vegas and some WILD stories about Frank and his boys.

Holy crap! One of my favorite prog rock bands. Their last couple of albums are somewhat lacking, probably due to the fact that Neal Morse is no longer in the band but their whole catalogue is full of great stuff. Congratulations! :)

Well, I didn't have any kids (human ones) with the ex, don't have/don't need prospects for them anytime soon so.... I'm going to pass. Truthfully, I've been having some massive headaches (every school day for 2 weeks), and the stuff I take for it doesn't really go well w/alcohol. Kinda have to prioritize. I expect to get BLOTTO the last day of school (the last day I have to go). It is exactly 4 weeks from today - not that I'm counting down or anything....

Moonie - no prob at all!!! I was laughing my butt off!! Truth be known, the 42 kids I DO have make me want to drink every night...

Getting drunk MIGHT help my headache faster/better than the meds. Of course, there would be the possibility of hangover headache. ICK. 8)

Her hair hurts, that's how bad it is. She's passed out for the last half hour and I'm ready enough, thanks very much. then again, I'm a guy, so...

Went well lady, thanks for asking.
Got carried away with the intake I think.
Made it through over half the bottle 750ml (large)
of Canadian 83 Whiskey last night, straight up.
Hubby goes away hunting a few times a year like
this and I always celebrate biggly the first night he's gone.

The remainder of that bottle will be a dead soldier by
5pm no doubt.

He takes this stuff up as a lil thank you to the fella
that lets him hunt on his land, not the brand I like
but Hubby don't seem to mind drinking it when he
goes up there.

Image

Nice man indeed and he loves when my fellas go up
to see him, 80 some odd yrs old and the wife won't
let him drink at home so he's always happy to see
the men who bring gifts of sauce and invite him over.
I hope Hubby gets a nice fat wild turkey for me to
cook up.

Plans for the day anyone?

Glad you had "too much" fun last night, Moon! ;) I really am beginning to wonder if alcohol wouldn't have been a better choice for the headache. It kept me up part of the night and is annoying me now. My "BIG" plans for the day? Getting stuff ready for a garage sale next weekend. Woohoo! I know, I know, I should slow down - I'm having way too much fun.
