Today, June 1st, was my Niece's 20th Birthday...I gave her a big Chianti Toast... \~/

Which means.....I will be 40 in about 4 MONTHS!! :shock:

ps...the reality of this hit me today...so right now, I'm effing hammered...

I'm sorry...but do I LOOK LIKE I'm gonna be 40?? This was taken not that long ago:

I know how the youngin's beneath ya coming of age feels.
The two girls I babysat 12 hrs a day for 10 yrs make me feel the oldest.
The youngest who just turned 23 in May had her second child this past
April......she was 6 months old when I first started babysitting her.

FANTASTIC !! love that tune man,, heavy mellow and cool,, never tried to play it but love it,, off that album,, the first song scares me,, those fast harmonics, hit hard and clean... uh,, id have to take an F..

i love joe satch.. all but that one album .. sounds like dance drums behind it,, same with neals last one.. i like a hard drive , and groovy guitar .. no complicated computer drums..

Up In The Sky...I'd give myself a D+ on that one. Harder than the title track. But Time is just fun to play. :-)

What in the name of frosty glasses happened here?
A weekend and it's been 20 hrs sine the last post
in this chatter filled thread?
Happy Sunday folks!

Went to the Piggy Roast yesterday and enjoyed myself
until I decided to eat.
Waited all day to fill my belly because I knew there would
be an abundance of things I'd enjoy and there was.
Roast pig, potato skins, caesar salad, baked beans, perogies,
taco salad, stuffed mushrooms.........
I tried all of it and it was delicious, unfortunately I was allergic
to something, no clue what.
Had to leave after only 4 hours being there as my head was
pounding and I was having trouble breathing.
Hubby stayed by my side all night and said he had to nudge me a few times
while I was slumber like because me breathing was erratic.
I have never felt so awful in my life.
Feeling much better today but I still have a headache.
Before any of you smart types ask if I was in the sauce.....
I had two jello shots when I first arrived and had to turn down
all other offers because I felt like poopla.

How's the weekend fairing for you folks?

That's scary Moon! I'm allergic to shellfish, so I have to be careful at things like that. I feel bad asking sometimes when we're at something "Is there any shellfish in that?", hubby asks for me most of the time, lol. When we were first dating I somehow accidentally ate some & didn't know it, & he was the one who took me to the ER, he was scared to death, lol.

Hubby tried to get me dressed and take me in to hospital last night but there
was no way I was moving to put clothes on and get in the car.
I have no known food allergies and have eatin all these types of food before.
Wish I knew what it was that triggered it.
Just glad my Hubby was with me all night and that I'm ok.

That's nice and sweet like of your Hubby to ask about ingredients
at restaurants for you, awwwwwwwwwww.
