Thanks for the segue...I started writing a book about 40 days ago, and have written a great deal of it already. Due to legal situations, I need to be careful what I say, but I have written a good chunk already and it is well written and researched. It will be released worldwide and I will do my best to expedite the process.

Mark my words.....if Journey does not get Steve Perry himself, or JSS back...they simply become a tribute band.

You can not change the vocalist this many times and even remotely survive. Especially when you had a vocalist like Perry at the helm. Lets take the opposite extreme.....shit, even a band like the Backstreet Boys wouldn't survive this many changes in their prime heyday.

At first I thought even Joruney would not make this mistake again....or change vocalist again. Now that this looks to be the case, and even taking in to account they could care less about the minority fan-base (MR.com type fans) and are possibly calculating things based on a majority of casual fans who have bought tickets to their shows over the last few years, I think they have seriously mis-calculated.

"Come see Journey and the Night Rider!" Seriously. Jeremey is the ONLY guy out there who was a better choice than JSS. I'd been wondering why Jeff had suddenly disappeared from the forum.

jeremey is a good singer, but journey with jeremey is a cover band - no different than frontiers.

Steve Perry is the only redemption to be found.

Gosh, I said I would be done with the band without Perry or Jeff, but if Jeremey is in I have to retrack that statement a bit. Dont see how I cannot support Jeremey and Sabrina, they're good people. Jeff also has my full support. Oh what a rock star mess. Being a Journey fan sure has it's up's and down's, been quite a rollercoaster ride at times, for sure! The wheel keeps on turning.....

I don't think he could've. Would've been a boring show if they didn't have Jeff on stage interacting with everyone. Deen wouldn't have done that...he even said as much. "I belong behind the drums not out front". Something like that anyway.
