This little twit bombarded me as I came back from lunch and gave me this spill about my boss asking me to do such and such and did I ever do it. Like its any of her f-ing business. Of course I had done it, three months ago when she asked me to.
So I'm giving her benefit of the doubt thinking my boss asked her to do the same thing, it was just a little task, getting employee birthdays for her so she'd know when to buy presents. I said "most of them are on the website and the old sheet, if you can't find anybodys, come ask me." She looks at me all puzzled. I said "I assume you're saying this because she wants another and asked you to do it?" She said "No. I was jus..."
Then I shot her a go to hell look and walked off. She need not mess with me.
Oh, no, get me riled up, then I'll be ready for her next time I work!! Last week I was sitting at the desk and noticed that one of my laboring patient's baby's heart rate had dropped very low so of course I jumped up and ran in the room to try to find out what was going on and fix it. Well, one of the first things that I always do is change the mom's position and then put oxygen on her. I put her on her left side then as I was turning on the oxygen, I turn around that this little twit is right behind me telling the patient to turn over onto her back. I said "no, stay on your side, it oxygenates the baby better." This girl shot me a death look and said, "no, you need to roll over because I'm sure
the nurse will want to check you."
In my mind I'm thinking OK, you little freak, I am the nurse and yes, I am going to check her but when I am damn well good and ready and guess what, I can do it while she is on her side!!!!!! I just said "I'll do it while she's on her side. Could you go out and get me a pen, I forgot mine at the desk."
UGGHH!!!!
