About 18 years ago I fell for this girl, I mean really fell for her, we had Saturday afternoons of barbecues and drink and more drink and even more drink but she got fed up with it, not just the drink but the songs I'd play. My no1 at that time was 'It ain't over' by Starship. Anyway I'll move on....after the engagement and all that lovey dovey shit, we'd go out to a nightclub (Bar) and while I'm drinking away, she decides to meet her Mr Perfect, the following week she drops me and shacks up with him...what I'm getting at is this, I still listen to 'It ain't over' and it always makes me feel like I need a party fueled with alcohol..by not thinking of her and more about the alcohol, does that make me a sad person, or should I have said no more to the beer....funny fuckin' thing this alcohol, ain't it!
