I'm in Salt Lake City.

My sister is pregnant with identical twins and yesterday we found out that they have Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome (same as Dean and Lula's twins) so I brought her down yesterday and she had surgery to correct it today (same surgery Lula had.) But I guess it's yesterday now. The surgery appears to be a success but of course it's never a 100% guarantee.
