Insomnia's a bitch. If it weren't for Ambien - I'd rarely sleep. Even when I'm tired, I can't sleep or don't sleep well.

Well.....I'm not one to take pills myself; I too have problems sleeping....so, I go the "holistic" approach: Yankee Candle "Lavender Sage":

Lavender induces natural sleepiness / relaxation.

Have it lit for approx. 2 hours before you go to sleep....you'll conk right out ~ TRUST me. 8)

I have tried lavender stuff before, but haven't had much luck. I would be willing to try a Yankee Candle though - they are awesome!!
