Time to revise my picks! I am now convinced after listening to some Dallas Cowboys that they're going to lose. Hell, Roy Williams was on ESPN saying "I wish we could have a fire lit under us". If that's not an open shot against that dope, Phillips, I don't know what is!

Giants beat Dallas - I think T.O. is going to be limited with his high-ankle sprain, and I'll never be sold on Wade making the right decisions to win a big game!

Green Bay beats Seattle - I think this is the toughest game of the weekend to call! I don't think GB is an unbeatable team, at all. I just think the cold weather (supposed to be in the 20's) and Brett Favre are what gives GB the edge in this game.

Indy beats San Diego easily - For any delusional San Diego fans who tell me that the Chargers already beat the Colts, my response to that is...BARELY! Peyton Manning threw SIX interceptions in that game (the most he's EVER thrown), and the only reason the Colts even lost the game was because Adam Vinatieri actually missed a 29 yard FG, at the end of the game! The fact that the Colts played as bad of a game as possible and still almost won, tells me San Diego is WAY overmatched in this game. There is NO WAY
Manning is throwing another 6 picks and there is also NO WAY that Vinatieri misses another 29 yard FG, with the game on the line!

New England beat Jacksonville - If Jacksonville doesn't get a lead in this game, EARLY, they'll be in jeopardy of losing by three TD's! They've only won ONE single game the entire season, after being behind in the first quarter! That is as bad of a record as I've seen from ANY team, after being behind in the just the first quarter! If a team can't come back from being behind in the first quarter, they have NO shot against a prolific offense, like the Patriots have! Remember Jacksonville fans...If the Patriots go up by two touchdowns, Fred Taylor and Maurice Jones-Drew (who is a VERY good and underrated player) will be rendered useless!

Yeah, they lose this game and you may see Garrett get his shot at head coach in Dallas next year.

If the Giants come out with the same focus they had against the Pats, Dallas will go down. I think the game hinges on two players:

1) TO - High ankle sprains are a bitch and they take forever to go away. I think you will see a very limited TO on Sunday.

2) Eli Manning - If good Eli shows up, the Giants should win. If bad Eli shows up, Dallas will win.

SJ...you're out of your mind, EVER coming to the defense of TO. The guy is a fucking cancer, has ALWAYS been a cancer, and ALWAYS will be a cancer! Listen...I think the guy is IMMENSELY talented (Even though I'd bet my life that his body was built on "performance enhancers")! That said, he SUCKS as a teammate, and I would NEVER want the guy on my team! Phillips couldn't carry Parcells jock, as a head coach! TO earned my respect when he played in the Super Bowl against the doctor's orders and had one of the biggest games in Super Bowl history for a receiver. TO is not, and has never been, the problem. Like Randy Moss, he's a pain in the ass at times, but they've both proven this year that they're good teammates in the right environment. Tom Brady said Randy Moss is as smart a player as he's ever played with. Had these guys won a few rings this wouldn't even be discussed. There is no question the TO showed amazing recuperative powers, when playing in the Super Bowl, against New England. It doesn't change the fact that the guy is a cancer and has been, EVERYWHERE he has landed! Comparing him to Randy Moss has NEVER worked and NEVER will. They couldn't be more different receivers and the problems the two guys have had throughout their careers couldn't be more different. Moss has taken a SHITLOAD of plays off, over the years. Hell, he took his entire two seasons off in Oakland, because he knew there was nobody to get him the ball! Nobody has ever accused Randy Moss of being a bad teammate, although one could argue (and I would agree) that taking plays off doesn't make for a great teammate. That said, NOBODY has ever called T.O. a good teammate. The guy is a scumbag, who has called out EVERY QB he's ever played with! He went from openly calling Jeff Garcia a "fag" in San Francisco, to calling Dononvan McNabb EVERYTHING under the sun in Philadelphia (although Joepa would agree), and has already made his share of comments about Romo, in Dallas. It's interesting that on none of those teams that I never heard anyone call T.O. out for all the passes the guy drops! I also don't agree with your point about T.O. and Moss being on "mediocre" teams, I don't agree with that. The reality is that when T.O. was in San Francisco, SF was still a very good team and a playoff team. When he was in Philadelphia, they were winning their division and had a very good team, and he certainly isn't on a bad team in Dallas, so I'm not sure where you came up with that theory. The only "mediocre" team Moss has been on was Oakland (and calling Oakland mediocre is being far too nice, because they SUCK). Moss' teams in Minnesota were pretty damn good. Don't forget that the offensive record the Patriots beat this season for the most points scored in a season was held by the 1998 Vikings...a team that Moss was a part of. One final point on Moss...the national media may have been advancing the theory that Moss was going to somehow "bring the Patriots down", but I can assure you that there wasn't a single person in the Boston area who felt that way. We've seen enough players (remember Corey Dillon and the malcontent he was) come into NE and conform to the way things are done. There isn't one single player in the NFL who would come into NE and change the way things are done. Like them or not, it's always about the team with the Patriots, and no single player is bigger than the team or what they're trying to accomplish! Bill Belichick runs that team with an iron fist and EVERYONE simply falls in line, behind his directives!

As far as Phillips and his record, I give him ZERO credit for the record! Barry Switzer won a Super Bowl with a team that wasn't his, and now Wade Phillips is nothing more than the recepient of the solid team that Parcells put together. I will guarantee you that Phillips won't be the coach of the Cowboys, two years from now, and if he loses to the Giants, he won't be the coach of the Cowboys two weeks from now!

Eli will probably choke. He usually does in big games... he did constantly at Ole Miss, and if you want to get really specific he did back in his days at Newman. He's not the mental work horse that Peyton is. Peyton is flat out anal. Eli is more relaxed and easy (hence his nickname), and although that has it's perks, sometimes it means a lack of preparation. I still stand by my lame predictions... GB, DAL, NE, and who cares.

Ryan Grant fumbled the ball on a screen pass on GB's first possession. Shaun Alexander ran it in for Seattle (that's when you know you're sucking, when that stiff Alexander is doing ANYTHING against you)! On the very next possession, Grant fumbled on a carry. Hasselbeck proceeded to throw a TD to Bobby Engram. Looks like Favre better get that arm in shape and start slinging it all over the place. I'm not optimistic for GB, because Favre tends to make endless mistakes when taking chances all over the field!

Nothing quite like a crazy ass blizzard for an NFL playoff game! I told you these pussy weather teams aren't cut out for playing in cold and snow! Shouldn't be much of an issue in New England tonight, as it's clear and supposed to be in the upper 30's, which is quite tropical, for January!

Completely irrelevant. It makes no difference how many points you win by, so long as you have at least one more point than your opponent has when the clock reads 0:00. I will admit that this game was a alot closer than I thought it would be. Jacksonville has a great running game, but horrendous receivers. Garrard played about as well as he could play. Neither team could stop the other on offense, and the Patriots better find a way to fix that problem, IN A HURRY! If they play that kind of defense against Indy, they'll get blown off the field!
