Looks like AP's demands were meant.

no three shows in a row and 2 days off when possible.

JSS is going to criss cross these guys. Should be interesting.

In Holland as well, only difference is JSS is playing 1500 seat places and Journey is playing 50000 people festivals.

Two comments:

1. The news said fan club tickets would be on sale first...I didn't know they still HAD an official fan club? My bad.
2. Steve A. also asked for 2 days off between gigs and didn't always get it, did he?! :)

Do you think that maybe....just maybe...they have learned the important lesson that a singer's vocal chords cannot be replaced like guitar strings and that your lead singer needs rest between gigs???

They must rake in the JACK touring the UK.
3 years and 3 tours there.

Philly hasn't seen a show since 2003 at the Wachovia center (thank God for the Borgota 70 miles away on the bay in Atlantic City).

That is nothing to be proud of. The Borgata is basically a convention room that holds about 1,000 people. That was the worst venue I have ever been in.

But prior to last year with JSS we saw no trace of 'em since 1979!
There is a lot of catching up to do!

Who cares, I know who's getting my $$$! Selfishly, for a fan it doesn't get any better........I know I'm going to get a 50000 seater performance in a 1500 seater venue! His time will come.

AS IT SHOULD'VE BEEN ALL ALONG.

Deano, do you know for a fact that Arnel asked for this, or is this a guess? Just curious, always asking the vocal questions...

This one I know... honestly, because he told me personally in 2001 when I ran into him in a restaurant and we started discussing Tall Stories and Tyketto and his voice and other topics.

One of my best friends lives in Blackburn, I'll have to forward this tour info to him, I recently got him hooked on Journey and he missed them the last time they rolled through the UK.

I also e-mailed him some Firefest info last night.

One concert already booked in that venue during June. LIZA MINNELLI. Shame I'll be skint when Journey arrive in Town

I so can't wait to see Liza live, next best thing to Sinatra 8) Def Lep/Whitesnake also play a week before Journey, so it's all hapenning in the UK.

Haven't touched a drop since Jan 4th. I'm reformed and since this is the first time I've been sober for more than two months in 28 odd years, I'm beginning to question my taste in music, lets face it, you've got to be pissed to follow Journey  Come to think of it, the only time I understood what the fuck Perry was singing was after a shit load of booze. When sober I can't understand a fuckin' word he sings
Deb, I do however have an emergency 12 pack in the garden, so next time I put Perry on the ipod, I'll have to go find them. Susie sings clearer than Perry, ain't that right Susie
