I believe Arnel has 3 sons and no daughters. Outstanding performance nonetheless.

Pretty sure if it was Arnel's daughter, they would have used the re-recording version of Open Arms and not the original. Thanks to Cain adding the extra note on the new version, its pretty easy to tell.

Per his short unofficial biography, you're right, SaintJ.
They are Matthew (19) , Angelo (13), and Cherub (2).
