They weren't painted that way. But every person interprets things differently.

O.K. I did not mean to send all of you off on a white rabbit chase. The frog painting was for Lora and Cyndy. The painting of steve was because someone asked to see a picture of it. But , to get back to the real story here. The subject was about cyndy and lora's take on the hh interview, right?
I think they would know that Steve's voice is still good. I trust their judgement on the subject. As for why Steve left the band, only he knows, and that is also O.K. with me. We were not there and can guess and remark and gossip, all we want and it won't change a thing. I am looking forward to any new material he wishes to share. And if he never does, I have great albums to attest to his abilities to sing. Some view it anouther way I am sure.

I am a surrealist artist. Frogs are kind of my trademark. I use them alot in my paintings. I read an article about Steve saying he was enjoying listening to others singing now. So I gave him a choir of frogs. It is suposed to be whimsical. I have the utmost respect for Steve.

And there was me thinking it was a commentary on Perry's croaky voice.

Unlikely but gotta love the man's past achievements. One of the best of all time for sure.
